Teller (Part Time) |
|
Location: Pewaukee Branch
Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling or retail experience
- Strong typing, math, and communication skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Duties:
- Processes transactions for Savings, Checking, Business Money Market, and Mortgage accounts
- Receives cash, checks, or money orders for deposit, distributes cash back, and verifies amounts and proper endorsements
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Balances a cash drawer on a daily basis
- Explains, promotes, and offers Bank products and services
- Assists other department personnel as needed

Commercial Loan Officer |
|
Location: Waukesha Office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting standards.
- Prior experience underwriting appraisals, titles, and credit reports.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Investment Real Estate Lender
Duties:
- Interviews applicant and requests specified information for loan application. Completes applications in a timely manner and inputs applicant’s data into loan origination system according to Bank’s policy.
- Prepares all pertinent application documents (ex. Loan Summary, Service Debt Coverage, etc..) and provides necessary disclosures to applicants.
- Requests property appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks, flood determination, reference checks, and other information pertinent to loan applicant's evaluation.
- Analyzes applicant's financial status including personal financial statements and tax returns, credit, and property evaluation (P-L Statements, Rent Rolls, Service Debt Coverage, etc.) to determine feasibility of granting line of credit.
- Corresponds with or interviews applicant or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
- Compiles loan package and facilitates negotiation with applicant according to establishment standards, such as fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
- Approves or rejects non-owner occupied loans up to $500,000 for borrowers with less than $2,000,000 in Wauwatosa Savings Bank loans or refers loan to Officer Loan Committee or Board of Directors for approval/denial.
- Maintains a minimum of $40,000,000 annually in loan originations over the last three years.
- Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
- Assures timely loan closing and funding activities.
- Monitors and inspects construction or remodeling of properties where Bank funds have been lent.
- Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for mortgage loans.
- Solicits potential business outside of the office from builders, realtors, and brokers.
- Advises Division Head of external factors that may affect bank-lending policies, such as new or revised legislation and regulations. Recommends and implements appropriate changes to Bank policies and procedures.
- Promotes and cross-sells other Bank products and services as appropriate to banks sales culture.
- Calls delinquent loan customers and reports relevant material facts to the Delinquent Loan department.
- Provides loan data to support marketing and sales promotion programs.
- Represents the bank at mortgage related functions.
- Assists customers with inquiries and information requests, and resolves complaints relating to loan products and services offered.

|
Location: West Allis Branch
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3-5 years lending experience with an emphasis on understanding systems.
- Prior experience writing procedures is necessary.
Duties:
- Manage quality and control of all Lending operations procedures.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of content on the company Intranet and Intranet.
- Acts as a liaison between the Lending Systems department and other bank departments as it relates to system rollouts/changes and product rollouts/changes.
- Effectively communicates system changes to end users.
- Develop procedures as it relates to systems and support others in writing daily procedures.
- Communicates existing and revised department procedures to staff or managers as they relate to compliance, upgraded systems, and changes to processes.
- Effectively responds to co-worker inquiries by accurately answering questions and providing guidance on various departmental and/or bank systems and procedures.
- Develops ideas and suggestions for enhancing divisional and bank procedures and processes toward company’s strategic direction
- Conducts or recommends training of Lending Operations key staff to train employees on updated systems and procedures.
- Produces, updates, and reviews training materials, including divisional standards, when new regulations, processes, products, or systems are introduced.

Qualifications:
- Seeking dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with a positive attitude with excellent organizational skills, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to pay close attention to details
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to answer questions and can tailor these skills to individual customer’s needs
- Ability to remain patient, helpful and respectful to each caller in all situations
- Professional demeanor in assisting customers

Duties:
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding customer account information.
- Assists customers with questions relating to product knowledge, account activity,
- balance inquires, and service fees relating to checking, savings, CD’s, IRA and
- Mortgage accounts
- Quotes rates, discusses rate negotiations and handles telephone CD and IRA renewal requests
- Assists customers with check order requests.
- Receives stop payment requests from customers on checking and ACH products.
- Assists customer inquires on overdrafts and NSF activity. Has authority to reverse fees if necessary.
- Provides product information relating to the use of checkcards and has knowledge of ATM, POS and Debit transactions. Completes appropriate file maintenance for card maintenance, orders, re-orders, and address changes; troubleshoots issues.
- Completes and documents the daily call log and recording of all banking requests from customers and action taken to resolve the matter.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task

Duties:
- Develops and maintains customer relationships while opening new accounts and servicing accounts once open
- Demonstrates and promotes teamwork within the department
- Provides excellent customer service
- Opens and closes new personal, fiduciary, trust, business/organization, and estate/decedent Checking, Savings, Business Money Market, Certificate, and IRA accounts and completes corresponding paperwork
- Maintains knowledge of WSB doc prep system, products, services, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing deposit accounts
- Works with customers to identify their needs, offer options, and accurately explain each aspect of our products and services
