WaterStone Bank self-funds our health insurance plan, allowing us to offer low premiums & competitive out-of-pocket costs. Coverage is available to you and your eligible dependents. We are in the largest PPO in WI, allowing for 97% of claims to be in-network.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance offers competitive premiums and allows employees to be treated by the dentist of your choice.
Supplemental Insurance
WaterStone Bank offers AFLAC supplemental insurance, which provides employees with additional coverage in many different areas.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
This long-term retirement benefit is fully funded by the company and offered to employees meeting eligibility requirements.
401(K) Plan
Open enrollment is monthly. There are 15 funds from Fidelity to choose from including lifecycle or target funds.
Paid Time Off
WaterStone Bank provides employees with a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan that combines vacation, personal, and sick days into one policy.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to pay for certain eligible benefits with pre-tax dollars, therefore reducing the employees taxable income.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is available for accredited two or four year colleges. The coursework must be applicable to current position at WSB. The Bank will reimburse an employee 100% of applicable costs. Maximum limit is $3,000 per calendar year.
