Mark J. Bahr
Vice President - Commercial Real Estate
Mark J. Bahr joined WaterStone Bank in June 2006 as Vice President - Commercial
Real Estate. Prior to joining WaterStone, Mark accumulated 22 years of lending experience.
His interest in commercial real estate began while attending the University of Wisconsin
- Madison where he pursued education in real estate development and related financial
courses. When he graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration,
he had acquired a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Kenneth A. Snyder
Vice President - Sr. Commercial Loan Officer
Ken Snyder has served as Vice President of WaterStone Bank since 1998. He has held
his current position as Senior Commercial Loan Officer since 2006. Prior to his
move into the commercial real estate department, Ken was the Head of the Lending
Division where he oversaw the mortgage origination, loan processing, post-closing,
and mortgage servicing departments.
Snyder began his banking career in 1986 as a teller at the Oak Creek office. Shortly
thereafter, he was promoted to positions in the mortgage servicing department and
the delinquent loans department. He joined the lending department in 1990 as a mortgage
loan officer. In 1994, he was promoted to Oak Creek Branch Manager and Assistant
Vice President.
Snyder is active in community and professional organizations including Kiwanis,
the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Builders Association.

Brian T. DeLorenzo
Assistant Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer
Brian DeLorenzo was promoted to Assistant Vice President for WaterStone Bank in
November 2006. Brian joined the bank in August 1992 as a Savings Representative,
and he transferred to the Delinquent Loan Department in 1997. He was promoted to
Loan Officer in 2002, and Brian has held his current position of Commercial Loan
Officer since 2005.
DeLorenzo is currently a member of the Charitable Contributions Committee with WaterStone
Bank. He is also a member of the Waukesha Noon Lions Club, where he has participated
in the Shrimp Boil Fundraiser and the Chicken Barbeque for the Lion's Club.
Brian has also been the host of the MACC Fund Fundraiser since 1999. As the host,
he organizes and executes the entire fundraiser that has raised over $60,000 since
Brian took the lead.
