	Ernesto Moncada Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending Ernesto Moncada joined WaterStone Bank in December 2005 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He brought with him more than 13 years of financial experience and offers customers a bilingual approach to business. Prior to his employment, Ernesto studied business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he received a Bachelor's degree. Ernesto is currently a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and NAHREP-Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. 	Marlene Smith Senior Loan Officer - Residential Lending Marlene Smith joined WaterStone Bank in January 2003 as a Mortgage Servicing Assistant and was promoted to Mortgage Servicing Supervisor in August 2003. In September 2004, she was promoted to Mortgage Origination Manager, and in July 2005, she took the position as Community Banking Loan Officer. She has a total of 26 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry. She is highly involved in WaterStone events. Marlene was recognized as a "Women of Distinction" at the 2007 Waukesha Women and Girls Fund's Women of Distinction Luncheon, because through diligence and loyalty, she contributed to the success of WaterStone. 	S. Mike Capriolo Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending Michael Capriolo joined WaterStone Bank in December 1986 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He has more than 30 years of mortgage and financial experience. Prior to his employment, Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Business at St. Norbert College. He is also a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers Licensee and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. Mike has been a member of the Greater Milwaukee Area Board of Realtors since 1972. He was past President of the Wauwatosa Lions Club and is currently a member of the New Berlin Lions Club, completing his year as President in July 2007. 	Raeleen Johnson Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending Raeleen Johnson joined WaterStone Bank in February 1988 in the Deposits Division. In 1991, she transferred to Residential Lending as a loan processor. In November 1999, Raeleen was appointed as the Bank's first Home Equity Loan Officer. She was promoted to her current position as Mortgage Loan Officer in June 2005. Raeleen was recently sponsored to become a member of the Chapter 437 Moose Club of Racine.
