Mike Capriolo
Senior Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending
Michael Capriolo joined WaterStone Bank in December 1986 as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
He has more than 30 years of mortgage and financial industry experience.
Prior to his employment, Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Norbert
College. He is also a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers Licensee and a Graduate of the
Realtors Institute. Mike has been a member of the Greater Milwaukee Area Board of
Realtors since 1972.
Mike is a past President of the Wauwatosa Lions Club, and is past President and
current member of the New Berlin Lions Club. He and his wife are also active members
of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in New Berlin, where they have lived since 1995.

John Haugh
Senior Mortgage Loan Officer
John Haugh joined WaterStone Bank as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer in January,
2009. He brought with him more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry.
Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, he owned Badger Financial Services of Wisconsin,
LLC where he held the position of Mortgage Broker/Owner.
John was a member of the US Army from 1968-1970, and he was awarded the Purple Heart
for combat injuries during his service in Vietnam (1968-1969).

Raeleen Johnson
Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending
Raeleen Johnson joined WaterStone Bank in February 1988 in the Deposits Division.
In 1991, she transferred to Residential Lending as a loan processor. In November
1999, Raeleen was appointed as the Bank's first Home Equity Loan Officer. She was
promoted to her current position as Mortgage Loan Officer in June 2005.
Raeleen was recently sponsored to become a member of the Chapter 437 Moose Club
of Racine.

Marlene Smith
Senior Loan Officer - Residential Lending
Marlene Smith joined WaterStone Bank in July 2005 as a Senior Loan Officer. She
has a total of 30 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry.
She is highly involved in WaterStone Bank events. Marlene was recognized as a “Women
of Distinction” at the 2007 Waukesha Women and Girls Fund’s Women of Distinction
Luncheon, because through diligence and loyalty, she contributed to the success
of WaterStone Bank. She also holds the position of By-Laws Coordinator for the Women’s
MACC.
Marlene has received a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Doug Winquist
Senior Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending
Doug Winquist joined WaterStone Bank as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer bringing
more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining WaterStone
Bank, he held the position of Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Lending with the
former Ozaukee Bank (1991-2008).
As a vested member of the community, Doug currently serves as a Board Member for
Port Fish Day, Captain for the Port Washington Police Reserves, and Treasurer for
the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce. He also participates on the Town of Fredonia’s
Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals, and he is a member of the Ozaukee Realtor
Association and the Saukville Chamber of Commerce.
