WaterStone Bank has upgraded their telephone system on June 7, 2008 to allow for more
efficient service and long term Bank growth.
As a result, all employee direct telephone numbers have changed.
Here are several options for you to obtain your WSB service provider’s new direct
dial number:
- Call our Customer Service Center at 414-761-1000 or toll-free at 1-888-686-7272.
Our Representatives are here to serve you from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through
Friday, and on Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- Call the employee direct phone
number you currently have on file. This will offer you the following options:
- Transfer
to the Customer Service Center for assistance or
- Use an automated system to look
up new extensions.
- Email us here; include the name of the employee you wish to reach, and
we will provide you their new number.
Important note: All main Branch location numbers, fax numbers, as well as our Customer
Service Center and toll free number, remain the same.
