is used to collect and distribute that information. WaterStone Bank SSB recognizes the
importance of this issue to customers and the important role it plays in their trust
and confidence in our bank. Our privacy policy is based on recognition of and respect
for the privacy expectations of our customers.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

We do not sell any public or nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third
parties for any purpose. We do not share any public or nonpublic personal information

As provided by law certain disclosures of information to nonaffiliated third parties
will trigger an opt out provision. Since we do not share with nonaffiliated third
parties customers do not need to opt out.
