6.49% fixed APR applies to loans with 80% or less loan-to-value (LTV), 10 year term, meet credit qualifications, owner occupied property, automatic transfer relationship and a new fixed rate loan amount equal to or greater than $100,000. Loan payment example: 120 monthly payment of $11.35 per $1,000 borrowed at 6.49%. Closing cost may range from $80-$400, minimum loan amount of $5,000, maximum loan amount of $250,000, property, flood insurance and title are required, if applicable on all collateral. Advertised APRs are effective as of February 12, 2008 and are subject to change at anytime and are available only on new originations and increases of at least $5,000 to existing WaterStone Bank Home Equity Loans.
