Andrew Boario
Vice President - Business Banking Department Head

Andrew Boario came to WaterStone Bank, SSB in March 2007, bringing more than ten years of successful experience in direct sales, portfolio management and business development in southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to joining WaterStone, he held the position of Division Manager-Business Banking at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (2005-2007). At Chase Bank, Andrew was responsible for managing the total business banking portfolio and determined the strategic goals and objectives for the region.

Before relocating to Chase Bank in downtown Milwaukee, he held the position of Vice President-Business Banking with Chase Bank in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Andrew was consistently ranked in the top 15% of all nationally ranked business bankers in production and profit growth during his tenure in this position (2001-2005), and he was also the top loan producing business banker in the Milwaukee market during that time period.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where he majored in Business Administration and Finance. Andrew has been involved with the Hunger Task Force and the Channel 10 TV Auction, and he annually organizes a scholarship fundraiser for a local high school.

Christopher Brock
Vice President – Business Banking

Christopher J. Brock of Brookfield has joined WaterStone Bank as Assistant Vice President – Business Banking, bringing more than 30 years of experience in business banking. Prior to joining WaterStone, he held the position of Business Banking Officer (2010-2012) at North Shore Bank in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Throughout his banking career, Chris has provided solution selling and quality customer service to businesses throughout the Milwaukee and Waukesha areas.

Chris attended Marquette High School and Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He began his banking career as a teller and proof operator for a small community Bank in Brookfield. Over the years, Chris has continued to develop his banking skills, taking pride in developing long-term relationships with key business customers and prospective clients.

As a vested member of the community he has been an active member of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce for more than 15 years, serving as an Ambassador as well as on the Board of Directors. Chris is an avid skier and has been assisting instructors with ski lessons for disabled children for the last four seasons through the Southeastern Wisconsin Adaptive Ski Program (SEWASP).

James Crowley
Vice President - Business Banking

James L. Crowley came to WaterStone Bank, SSB in May 2008, bringing more than fourteen years of experience in lending and banking in southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to joining WaterStone, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Lincoln State Bank (2007-2008).

Before working at Lincoln State Bank, he held the position of President at Franklin State Bank (2006-2007). James was also the Commercial Relationship Manager for Franklin State Bank from 1998 to 2006.

James is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he majored in Business Administration and Economics. James is an assistant coach of varsity football at New Berlin Eisenhower, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Franklin Educational Foundation.

Jeff Jarecki
Vice President - Business Banking

Jarecki comes to WaterStone with extensive experience in commercial lending as well as sales and business development. Prior to joining the WaterStone Business Banking team, Jarecki was a Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender for Layton State Bank in New Berlin. After several years working in the manufacturing industry, Jarecki started his commercial banking career with Lincoln State Bank in New Berlin, which was later acquired by Harris Bank.

Jarecki holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing from Marquette University and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. He lives in New Berlin and is a member of the St. Mary Hales Corners parish.

Michael Griebel
Vice President - Business Banking

Michael S. Griebel came to WaterStone Bank, SSB in March 2007, bringing more than 14 years of successful experience in direct sales and six years in sales management in southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to joining WaterStone, he held the position of Senior Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (2000-2007), where he was responsible for retaining, managing, and growing a business banking portfolio.

His years as a Relationship Manager and Cash Management Representative helped him provide banking solutions for his clients and their businesses. Michael continues to provide expert service to business owners in Southeastern Wisconsin by advising them on a variety of loans and cash management products and services.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he majored in Business Administration and Finance. Michael participated in the Relationship Management Leadership Development Program and he has completed the Comprehensive Sales Management course sponsored by Cohen Brown Management Group.

As a vested member of his community, Michael has been involved with the Hunger Task Force. He has also mentored children as a Boy Scout leader and as an assistant coach for Little League.
