WaterStone Bank Announces New Community Presidents

Wauwatosa, Wis. — 9/14/2018 — WaterStone Bank has hired three new community presidents.

Carol M. Carey now serves as community president of WaterStone’s Wauwatosa branch. Carey is a banking industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience, most recently as senior branch manager for Associated Bank in West Allis. Prior to her career in banking Carey was a business owner running a flower shop, greenhouse, and repair shop. Outside of work Carey enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren, traveling, and going to plays. She volunteers with Feeding America, Susan G. Komen, UPAF, Junior Achievement, and Ronald McDonald House. Carey resides in New Berlin.

Timothy A. Klare has been named the community president of the Waukesha branch. He joins WSB from PyraMax Bank where he was vice president of commercial lending. Prior to his position at PyraMax, Klare was vice president of business banking at BMO Harris Bank, formerly known as M&I Bank. Klare received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. An active member of the community, Klare volunteers with SET Ministry/Interfaith Milwaukee, West Allis Rotary, United Way, Downtown West Allis Business Improvement District (BID) and Economic Loan Committee, and Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WIBIC). He resides in Waukesha.

Jennifer L. De Nicola serves as community president of the bank’s Germantown/Menomonee Falls branch. De Nicola’s career began with Barnes & Noble in 2006 as a community business development manager before taking on a role as store manager for the company in New York. She later served as an operations manager for IT Supplier Inc. When she isn’t working, De Nicola enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and cheering for the Packers. She lives in Washington Heights.
