Currently, all 13 of our branches are open with access limited to the drive-up, ATM, and night deposit box services.

We are pleased to share that we will be reopening the lobbies at all 13 of our branches starting Monday, June 1, 2020. To limit public exposure and keep our communities healthy, we encourage customers to use online, mobile and telephone banking services when possible.

We are doing everything we can to meet your banking needs during this unprecedented time. We’re always here for you with the support you need to manage your personal finances, and dedicated to keeping you, your family and your community safe. All of our branch drive-up lanes are open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You are able to do all banking transactions through our drive-ups. Rest assured our staff is frequently sanitizing all highly active touch point areas such as drive-up tube canisters. If you prefer, you can schedule a telephone appointment with a Personal Banker by calling your local branch.



ATMs and Night Depositories

Our ATMs are open 24 hours a day, and our staff is frequently sanitizing them to reduce the spread of germs. ATMs can be used for simple transactions such as checking your balance or making withdrawals. Night depositories are also available for your convenience.

Mobile Banking

Download the WSB mobile app and enjoy a wide array of banking services! Deposit checks, view account balances and transaction details, pay bills, transfer money between accounts and more.



Online Banking

Pay bills online, receive e-statements, balance your account, transfer money, manage your check images, set up recurring transfers, and so much more with online banking.

Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. We have additional staff on hand to accommodate for increased phone calls during this time.
