Laura Merchle has been a part of the WaterStone Bank team since 2005 and proudly serves as Community President of the Waukesha branch. With nearly two decades of experience, Laura is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with customers in the community she calls home.

She is an active volunteer in the community, serving since 2023 as Treasurer on the Executive Board of Hope Center. Her dedication to community engagement reflects her passion for making a positive impact beyond the walls of the branch.

When she’s not at the bank or volunteering, Laura enjoys supporting local events and initiatives that make Waukesha a vibrant place to live and work.
