WaterStone Bank’s VP of Marketing Tara Lagerman Named 2025 C-Suite Star by Milwaukee Business Journal

Since joining WaterStone Bank just over three years ago, Lagerman has built a collaborative, high-performing team culture with 100 percent staff retention. She led a major website relaunch, introduced new savings and business products, and implemented monthly reporting tools that directly link marketing activity to branch performance.
