Welcome Jonathan Reznack, New Business Development Officer

Wauwatosa, Wis. – June 16, 2026 – WaterStone Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Reznack as Business Development Officer.

In his new role, Reznack will strengthen connections with local businesses, supporting customers with tailored financial solutions, and expanding WaterStone Bank’s presence throughout its markets.

Reznack brings extensive banking and business development experience. Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, he served as Small Business Relationship Manager, Vice President, at Associated Bank where he worked closely with local companies to identify financing options and support long-term growth. Earlier in his career, he held branch leadership roles that built a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and team leadership.

Reznack is an active supporter of the Wisconsin Chinese Chamber of Commerce and was recognized with its Strategic Partner Award for his commitment to local organizations and community engagement. A former professional angler, he also serves on the board of Fishing for the Heart, where he supports outreach efforts through the sport of fishing.

Outside of work, Reznack enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
