Business Essential Checking: The minimum balance required to open the account is $100.00. A minimum balance fee of $15.00 will be imposed monthly if you do not satisfy one of the following requirements: maintain an average daily balance of $500.00 for the statement cycle or maintain a daily balance of $200.00 for the statement cycle. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. There is a $0.35 debit and credit item fee for over 150 total debit and credit items per statement cycle. Debit and credit item refers to a check deposited, non-check deposit, check paid, online bill payment, electronic debit or credit, withdrawal and an armored car cash deposit or withdrawal. An inactive fee of $10.00 per month will be imposed when the account is inactive for more than 60 calendar days. A statement cycle may be from the 1st of the month to the last day of that same month. Account must be open and active for 180 calendar days or a $30.00 closing fee will be assessed at account closing.
