Wauwatosa, Wis. – July 30, 2025 – WaterStone Bank is pleased to announce new Community Presidents at two of its locations. Rebecca Guardiola is taking over the role at the Oak Creek-27th St. branch, while Katie Mosser has been promoted to leadership at the Greenfield branch. Both Rebecca and Katie advance into their new roles from within the organization, part of WaterStone Bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting the career growth of its employees.
Rebecca Guardiola draws on a background in business banking, treasury, mortgage, and branch banking as she transitions to Oak Creek-27th St. from Greenfield, where she’s served as Community President since 2021. Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, Rebecca spent over 10 years in the retail banking industry, specializing in branch operations, frontline performance, and customer experience. Rebecca is active as a Community Chamber member and a volunteer with several area nonprofits, including Hunger Task
Force, Milwaukee Women’s Center, Salvation Army, and Next Door Milwaukee. A resident of Greendale, she enjoys biking, hiking, and attending local festivals with her family.
Katie Mosser has been promoted to Community President from her position as Assistant Branch Manager at WaterStone Bank’s Franklin location. Katie has worked in banking for 17 years, including 15 years in leadership roles. Since joining the bank in 2022, she has been instrumental in onboarding new employees and fostering a culture of service and support at the Franklin branch.
Katie looks forward to connecting with Greenfield residents and continuing WaterStone Bank’s tradition of community involvement. Outside of work, she enjoys attending her son’s baseball games and is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks.
“We’re excited to see both Rebecca and Katie grow within the organization,” said Erin McCarthy, Senior Regional Manager, Assistant Vice President at WaterStone Bank. “Their leadership, experience, and passion for the communities they serve make them tremendous assets to their new branches.”
