Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

Meeting the Needs of the Community
CRA is designed to encourage banks to help rebuild and revitalize communities in underserved segments of local economies by offering expanded services, sound lending and increased investment that benefit both banks and the communities they serve.
In accordance with CRA regulations, WaterStone Bank is required to maintain and, upon request, make available for public inspection, a complete public file relating to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs.
