WaterStone Bank has officially upgraded your debit card from Mastercard® to Visa. 

Your new card is in the mail — or already in your hands. To ensure a seamless transition, take a moment to review the steps below.

What’s New

  • New Card Details – Your card number, expiration date, and security code have changed.
  • Update Recurring Payments – Be sure to update any automatic payments tied to your old card (such as utilities, streaming services, insurance, and subscriptions.

What’s Staying the Same

  • Your PIN–You’ll continue using the same PIN.
  • Your ScoreCard® Rewards (if applicable) – No changes if your’e enrolled.
  • ATM Access – Continue using ATMs as you normally would.
  • Fraud Protection – Your Visa debit card includes the same security protections you trust.

Haven’t Received Your Card?

If you don’t receive your new Visa debit card by May 30, 2025, please contact our Customer Support Center at 414-761-1000.

How to Activate Your Card

Follow the instructions included with your card. You can activate your card:

  • At an ATM using your PIN
  • By making a purchase using your PIN
  • By calling the activation number provided

Once your new Visa debit card is activated, your old Mastercard debit card will be deactivated. If not activated within 60 days, your old card will be automatically disabled.

What You Should Do Now

  • Activate your new Visa debit card
  • Destroy your old Mastercard debit card securley
  • Update your payment details with merchants and subscriptions

This may include wireless, cable and internet providers, streaming services, insurance companies, highway toll accounts, food delivery services, utilities and subscription services, as well as online merchants where you shop regularly.
